Quick-Delivery Homes

Quick-Delivery Homes are houses that are already under construction (often called Inventory Homes or Spec Homes) that are ready to move into in a matter of weeks or months. Our Quick-Delivery Homes reduce the time it takes to build a custom luxury home while still allowing you to select many of the custom features available from our various existing home models.

The price on a Quick-Delivery Home will change frequently as the house nears completion and more features are added. Prices quoted are for informational and estimating purposes only, and the final price will be set when an Agreement of Sale is signed. A sales person should be consulted for more accurate pricing information.
